LEAP Up - Transition to Tertiary is an exciting pilot program that introduces you to the excitement and complexities of setting yourself up for success in tertiary education. The program will raise awareness of the skills you require to confidently and successfully engage with tertiary education. It also includes creating individualised action plans for you to learn these skills beyond the program.
